Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our integrated marketing solutions to clients in Nelmanagala and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher: 06 months -1 year of experience
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Proven track record in lead generation and conversion
• Effective presentation skills
• Ability to convince and influence potential clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Valid driver's license and own transportation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our integrated marketing solutions to clients in Nelmanagala (near Tumkur)and surrounding areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and providing tailored solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide market feedback, insights, and suggestions to improve our marketing solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects
