Job Overview
WINGS Brand Activations is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive in Chennai Ayanavaram. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our marketing solutions to brands in the designated area. This is a full-time position with excellent growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with a strong drive to achieve targets and generate leads. This role is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales drive and ability to meet targets
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales
- Effective presentation skills
- Highly energetic and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Building Materials industry is a plus
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell WINGS Brand Activations' marketing solutions to brands in the designated area
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client projects
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional network
Experience - 06 months - 2 year.
Preferably : building materials/paint division/others
