Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our integrated marketing solutions to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, a proven track record in lead generation and sales, and be highly driven to achieve targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry
  • Proven track record in lead generation, sales, and meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods
  • Effectively present and demonstrate our integrated marketing solutions to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop innovative sales strategies
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales records
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and generate new leads
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve products and services based on customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner
