Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development to take their career to the next level.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of the advertising and marketing industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable growth for the company.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential market risks and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to enhance business development strategies.
Arena of Responsibilities
- Leading new business sales and solution development for the country
- Handholding the customer from sign-up to execution and managing escalations
- Responsible for providing solutions to multiple industry clients to enhance field force productivity.
- Mentoring, managing and performance tracking of sales team, account management team and project management across the country
- Defining processes for sales, operations and project management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensuring the seamless execution of set processes in a time bound manner
- Defining the GTM for customers for sustained growth
- Ensuring the KPI’s taken on behalf of the customer is delivered
- Managing Key accounts and client servicing
