Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development to take their career to the next level.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of the advertising and marketing industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable growth for the company.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential market risks and opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to enhance business development strategies.


Arena of Responsibilities

  • Leading new business sales and solution development for the country
  • Handholding the customer from sign-up to execution and managing escalations
  • Responsible for providing solutions to multiple industry clients to enhance field force productivity.
  • Mentoring, managing and performance tracking of sales team, account management team and project management across the country
  • Defining processes for sales, operations and project management to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensuring the seamless execution of set processes in a time bound manner
  • Defining the GTM for customers for sustained growth
  • Ensuring the KPI’s taken on behalf of the customer is delivered
  • Managing Key accounts and client servicing
