  • Experience in outbound calling (Mandatory skill) to engage with prospective clients and drive business leads.
  • Lead generation expertise (Mandatory skill), ensuring a steady inflow of new prospects into the sales pipeline.
  • Telemarketing capabilities (Mandatory skill) to actively promote products and services while boosting brand presence.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers and engage them with compelling offerings and product information.
  • Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team to follow up and close deals effectively.
  • Handle customer questions, address issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience over telephone interactions.
  • Articulate sales pitches clearly and convincingly to attract buyer interest and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and track follow-up communication to enhance customer relationships.
