We seek a Senior Production Engineer specializing in oil and gas to join our Mumbai-based team full-time. • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in oil and gas production engineering, ensuring the application of mature expertise.
• Proven competency in well performance analysis for optimizing output and enhancing operational insights.
• Comprehensive knowledge in artificial lift systems to improve the production lifecycle and resource management.
• Reservoir engineering expertise is essential for effective resource evaluation and exploitation strategies.
• Hands-on experience in field development planning supporting sustainable and efficient field operations.
• Proficiency in SCADA systems, vital for integrating and managing automated production infrastructure.
• Excellent skills in well surveillance and production optimization to ensure maximum output and process efficiency.
• Advanced understanding and experience in ESP design to support enhanced oil recovery operations efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production engineering operations to optimize oil and gas production in line with organizational goals.
• Conduct analyses and interpretations of reservoir data to maximize field development and production yield.
• Develop and implement strategies for field development planning to optimize current and future production capabilities.
• Enhance well performance and influence the design of artificial lift systems to achieve production targets.
• Oversee the design and implementation of ESP systems to ensure effective crude extraction processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve SCADA system implementations improving process accuracy.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production operations, developing corrective measures to optimize resource utilization.
• Foster knowledge transfer and mentorship amongst team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
