  • Interview scheduling with efficiency, balancing multiple candidates and interview panels while maintaining thorough communication (Mandatory skill).
  • Cold calling to reach potential candidates, presenting opportunities with clarity and engaging effectively with individuals (Mandatory skill).
  • Resume screening, evaluating candidate qualifications and differentiating between suitable and unsuitable applications.
  • LinkedIn recruiting, utilizing professional networks to identify and engage with potential candidates actively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for conveying job information and interacting with applicants.
  • Talent pipeline management, creating a pool of engaged candidates to meet future recruiting needs for varied positions.
  • Job posting, crafting effective job descriptions and advertising openings on multiple platforms to attract suitable candidates.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates through various channels and platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewing panels, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Conduct cold calling to engage candidates and increase the candidate pool, promoting opportunities within the organization.
  • Screen resumes to identify and shortlist candidates who meet the necessary job requirements and qualifications.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks for recruiting and building relationships with potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities for transparent hiring processes.
  • Assist in talent pipeline management, engaging with passive candidates for future employment opportunities.
  • Post job vacancies on multiple platforms, ensuring the job descriptions attract the attention of suitable applicants.
