Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be based in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, or Delhi. The Recruiter will play a key part in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination activities, supporting our strategic hiring goals across various engineering domains.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience in candidate screening to identify and shortlist the best talent for various roles.
- Expertise in recruiting with a proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in sourcing techniques to discover and attract potential candidates across channels. (Mandatory skill)
- Capable of scheduling interviews efficiently to maintain a seamless recruitment flow.
- Good understanding of Human Resources principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple positions and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet recruitment objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct sourcing activities across various platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to evaluate job fit and qualifications of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records efficiently.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Arrange and conduct candidate assessments as per company protocols.
- Update the recruitment management system with accurate candidate information and status updates.
- Assist in employment offers and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.
