We are seeking a Junior Non Voice BPO Backoffice professional to join our Mumbai team in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on backoffice operations including data entry, order processing, and email management, requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals aiming to grow within a dynamic engineering environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Data Entry (Mandatory skill): Capable of accurately entering, updating, and managing critical information across platforms, maintaining data integrity at all times.
  • Order Processing (Mandatory skill): Proficient in handling order lifecycle tasks such as order creation, verification, and fulfillment with precision and timeliness.
  • Email Management (Mandatory skill): Experienced in managing a high volume of professional correspondence, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail: Able to review and process large volumes of information, identifying discrepancies and ensuring error-free work output.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools: Skilled in using customer relationship management systems for tracking transactions, updating records, and generating reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel: Adept at leveraging spreadsheet functions to organize, analyze, and present data for operational reporting and insights.
  • Knowledge of process improvement principles: Dedicated to proposing and implementing workflow enhancements to optimize existing backoffice procedures.
  • Experience with workflow management: Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks or requests, ensuring efficient closure and adherence to service-level standards.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform meticulous data entry tasks across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and updated records in company systems.
  • Process and validate customer orders, monitor status, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Manage daily email communications, including sorting, responding, and escalating as necessary to appropriate team members.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain comprehensive transaction logs and generate required reports for internal review.
  • Support procedural improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending actionable changes to streamline backoffice operations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues, maintain workflows, and uphold service-level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company data governance and confidentiality protocols at all stages of information handling.
  • Monitor workflow progress, flag bottlenecks, and propose resource adjustments to meet operational objectives.
