Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive-level Human Resources professional for a Full-Time role located in Mumbai or Bangalore Urban. This position requires 10 to 30 years of work experience in HR within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the HR functions, with a strong emphasis on global talent acquisition and talent acquisition strategies to enhance workforce capabilities in line with company objectives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess global talent acquisition expertise to devise and implement strategies for attracting diverse talent pools worldwide (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in talent acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational efficiency (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid experience in workforce planning, including analyzing workforce metrics to forecast needs and optimize talent management strategies.
  • Proven knowledge in succession planning to develop leadership pipelines and ensure the organization is future-ready.
  • Competence in compensation analysis to assess and develop competitive remuneration packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Effective recruitment skills, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates who align with the company's values and requirements.
  • Experience in onboarding processes to smoothly integrate new employees into the organizational culture and operational framework.
  • Skills in employee retention strategies to foster a committed and engaged workforce, reducing turnover and enhancing productivity.

  • Lead the HR department to align human resources strategies with overall business objectives in the oil and gas sector.
  • Develop and implement effective global talent acquisition and management strategies to support organizational growth.
  • Steer workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization is staffed with qualified and capable individuals.
  • Oversee succession planning processes, preparing next-generation leaders and ensuring leadership continuity.
  • Analyze and maintain competitive compensation structures, aligning them with industry standards and business goals.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives by sourcing, qualifying, and hiring individuals who bring innovative perspectives and skills.
  • Enhance onboarding processes to ensure new hires successfully transition and contribute to organizational success.
  • Implement effective employee retention programs, fostering long-term engagement and reducing turnover rates.
