Location- Bangalore (Only local candidates of Bangalore is acceptable)

Google workspace)

Qualification- BCA, MCA, B.Sc- computer Sc., M.Sc-Comp. Sc., BE, B.Tech., M.Tech,

B.Sc-IT, M.Sc-IT

Notice Period – Max 7-10 days

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Good knowledge required with DNS panel

● Should be aware of top 5 domain service provider

● Should be aware of how to check the domain registrar

● Should be aware of NS and A record

● Should be aware of MX, CNAME, TXT and SPF records

● Upper intermediate written and oral communication skills along with excellent technical

support documentation skills.

● Must be eager to learn new cloud solutions and constantly improve skills to deliver an edge of

technology to customers

● Require good knowledge of Email security ie. spam, phishing and domain blacklisting and

whitelisting

● Require good knowledge of POP/IMAP/MAPI/Exchange protocol and its limitations

● Strong techno-commercial ability and should be able to handle customer queries and defend

the proposed solution

● Require good knowledge on top 3 email clients

● Require good knowledge about Google / Microsoft migration and tools. Third party tool

knowledge will be an added advantage

● Require good knowledge of email backup solutions. Hands-on experience will be an added

advantage

● Require good comparison knowledge of Google / Microsoft product Features

● Require good knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft admin console (user creation,

modification, deletion, Gmail/drive data recovery, account recovery, routing rules, compliance

rules, groups creation, modification, MFA/2STV other console features/services)

● Require good knowledge of Gmail features Google knowledge on collaboration tools

(Calendar, Contacts, Meet, Chat, Chat room, Groups, Docs, Sheet, Slide, Form, Site, Currents

etc)

● Person should be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Certifications will

be an added advantage

● Person should be having minimum 1-2 years of experience with the Google Workspace /

Microsoft Deployment/Migration/Presales/Support/Training

● Person should be aware of MS On Premise AD and Azure Active Directory. Hands on will be an

added advantage

● Person should be aware of 2-3 top email gateway clients. Hands on will be an added advantage

● Person should be aware of windows management policies. Understanding on IT infra basic

functionalities will be an added advantage

● Flexibility to work on weekends and in different time zones, when required to meet bid

deliverables and timelines.

● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

● Should be willing to travel extensively to perform the required functions

● Administer and execute client visits including agenda planning, collateral presentations and

anchor meetings

● Prepare questionnaire/templates to ensure information is gathered seamlessly and

shared/carticulated among the internal stakeholders

● Basic Network troubleshooting skills

● Understanding MDM solutions for Android and IOS devices . Hands on will be an added

advantage

● Timely arrange sync up call with Sales to get update about Handled cases

● Timley arrange sync up call with Deployment/Delivery team to streamline the project

execution and eliminate existing challenges

● Support sales teams with Google business and develop opportunities

● Provide Google / Microsoft product consulting

● Participation in presentations/webinars, and marketing events
