  • Profound ability in providing customer support with a focus on email process and live chat support (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of effective communication skills to address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution, helping to maintain positive customer relationships by effectively addressing issues.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving, identifying and resolving customer challenges with innovative and effective solutions.
  • Excellent complaint handling skills, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask, managing multiple customer inquiries concurrently without compromising on quality.
  • Previous experience demonstrating the ability to provide highly competent customer support in a structured manner.
  • Must have essential skills in customer support using email process and live chat support (Mandatory skill).


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through email and live chat.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solutions.
  • Assist in compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve intricate customer issues collaboratively.
  • Continuously meet or exceed performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality of service.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Provide feedback and insights gained from customer interactions to contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service processes.
