Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of BPO Sales Process in our Vashi, Navi Mumbai location. This is a full-time, day shift position, perfect for freshers. The role involves engaging potential clients through various channels and promoting our services effectively. Candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply, and this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within our innovative company.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in cold calling, enabling effective communication and persuasion with potential clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in upselling techniques to enhance customer interaction and increase sales opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Ability to generate leads and identify potential business opportunities by reaching out to clients.
  • Skill in customer retention strategies, focusing on maintaining a strong, ongoing relationship with existing clients.
  • Competency in MS Excel for organizing, analyzing, and presenting sales data efficiently.
  • Capability to manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, aiding in effective negotiation and relationship building.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introducing our services and generating interest in our offerings.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services to existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
  • Identify and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
  • Use MS Excel to track sales data and progress, reporting findings to the management team.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and achieve company targets.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends and company products to enhance sales effectiveness.
