Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Back Office Executive to join our insurance trading team in Hadapsar, Pune. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The position involves supporting trading operations with accurate data management, compliance adherence, and customer service. Candidates should possess proficiency in Excel and CRM software.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail for managing sensitive insurance trading information.
  • Experience in document management systems to efficiently organize, store, and retrieve important documents.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and transaction tracking in insurance trading activities.
  • Ability to support customers through effective communication, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance with a focus on KYC/AML procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Experience working with CRM software to manage customer relationships and maintain up-to-date records effectively.
  • Understanding of transaction processing to ensure timely and accurate execution of insurance trading operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle dynamic challenges in a trading environment with professionalism.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing back-office operations for the insurance trading department, ensuring accurate data entry and processing.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive document management systems to support efficient information retrieval and storage.
  • Utilize Excel for compiling reports, analyzing data, and monitoring transaction status to support trading activities.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, clarifying processes, and resolving any issues with professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, particularly KYC/AML, to maintain adherence to industry standards.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM software, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.
  • Facilitate transaction processing through accurate input and verification of trade details to maintain integrity and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and contribute to achieving shared departmental goals.
