Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mobile App Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in hybrid and native mobile app development. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Android and iOS development along with expertise in Flutter and Kotlin. You will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining mobile applications for both platforms, ensuring high performance, usability, and seamless user experiences.

As a Mobile App Developer, you will be working on the full mobile development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain hybrid and native mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and performant mobile apps using Flutter for cross-platform development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Kotlin for Android and other platform-specific languages.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern and intuitive interfaces.
• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and SDKs into mobile apps.
• Work with databases, cloud platforms, and backend services to ensure smooth functionality.
• Perform code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug mobile applications to identify and fix issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.
• Ensure that all apps meet performance, security, and design requirements.
• Collaborate in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in mobile app development with expertise in Hybrid (Flutter) and Native mobile development for Android and iOS.
• Proficiency in Flutter for building cross-platform mobile apps.
• Strong experience with Kotlin for Android app development.
• Experience in developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with backend integration and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of Android/iOS app deployment processes (Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
• Ability to optimize apps for maximum speed and efficiency.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and collaborative workflows.

Desired Skills (Optional):

• Experience with Swift (iOS) and Dart (Flutter).
• Familiarity with mobile app security best practices.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
