We are looking for a dynamic candidate who will be responsible for calling, converting, convincing leads that will be provided and also to keep track of each conversation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cold calling, Internet research, Data collection, Lead generation, Outbound calling, Customer relation building, Email Campaign management.
• Explaining company services (Website Designing and Digital Marketing) to leads and fixing appointments.
• Have Fairly good knowledge of the up selling convincing customer.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
• Keep records of calls & leads and note useful information
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
