Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at White Gold Bullion Pvt Ltd. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our gold buying services over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented with a strong drive for results
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and objections
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers via phone to promote and sell our gold buying services
- Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
- Build and maintain a strong customer base
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
- Identify customer needs, overcome objections, and offer solutions
- Maintain updated knowledge of our products and services
- Effectively communicate company policies and procedures to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
- Kannada and English and Hindi Mandatory
