Do you have expertise in PPC, SEM, and data-driven marketing? White Collar Realty is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead high-performing advertising campaigns in the real estate sector. If you're passionate about optimizing ad strategies and achieving impactful results, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns along with paid ads on Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

✔ Develop and manage native advertising strategies on platforms like Taboola and Quora.

✔ Oversee large-scale PPC campaigns on enterprise-level platforms to enhance conversion rates and maximize ROI.

✔ Craft compelling ad copies and perform A/B testing to improve engagement and performance.

✔ Analyze campaign data from multiple sources to extract key insights and refine strategies.

✔ Design and enhance landing pages while developing high-quality marketing content.

✔ Implement and manage Dynamic Search Ads, Remarketing, and Dynamic Remarketing campaigns.

✔ Utilize audience targeting and optimize keyword selection to improve reach and conversion rates.

✔ Detect and prevent click fraud to ensure cost-effective ad spending.

✔ Keep up with the latest SEM and PPC trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Who We're Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in PPC campaign management, bid optimization, and performance analysis.

✔ Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress.

✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Web Trends, and Tableau.

✔ Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.

✔ Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and other digital advertising platforms.

✔ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting campaign performance.

✔ Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

Eligibility:

🎓 Graduate degree in any discipline

📍 Minimum 2 years of experience in Gurgaon’s real estate sector, preferably in luxury properties
