Your Role & Responsibilities:

✔ Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and paid campaigns across Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube

✔ Develop and implement native advertising strategies on platforms like Taboola and Quora

✔ Manage large-scale PPC campaigns to drive lead conversions and enhance ROI

✔ Craft compelling ad copies and conduct A/B testing for campaign improvement

✔ Analyze campaign data & performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize results

✔ Optimize landing pages for better lead generation and conversion rates

✔ Oversee Dynamic Search Ads, Remarketing, and Dynamic Remarketing campaigns

✔ Improve audience targeting and optimize keyword strategies for enhanced engagement

✔ Monitor and prevent click fraud to ensure cost-effective ad spending

✔ Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in SEM & PPC

Must-Have Skills:

🔹 PPC Management | Google Ads | SEM | Paid Advertising | PPC Optimization | Google AdWords

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven expertise in PPC campaign management, bid optimization, and performance tracking

✔ Strong command of Google Analytics, Web Trends, and Tableau

✔ Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress

✔ Solid understanding of SEO principles & digital marketing strategies

✔ Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and other paid advertising platforms

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for campaign performance reporting

✔ Excellent copywriting & content creation skills

Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any field

📍 Minimum 2 years of experience in Gurugram’s real estate sector (Luxury properties preferred)
