Key Responsibilities:

✔ Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and paid campaigns across platforms like Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

✔ Implement native advertising strategies on platforms such as Taboola and Quora.

✔ Manage large-scale PPC campaigns to enhance conversions and maximize ROI.

✔ Develop compelling ad copies and conduct A/B testing for performance improvement.

✔ Analyze campaign performance to refine marketing strategies and drive results.

✔ Optimize landing pages to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

✔ Oversee Dynamic Search Ads, Remarketing, and Dynamic Remarketing campaigns.

✔ Enhance audience targeting and keyword selection for better engagement.

✔ Monitor and prevent click fraud to ensure cost-effective ad spending.

✔ Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest SEM and PPC trends.

Required Skills:

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in PPC campaign management, bid optimization, and performance analysis.

✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Web Trends, and Tableau.

✔ Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.

✔ Strong knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.

✔ Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and other advertising platforms.

✔ Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for campaign reporting.

✔ Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any field.

📍 Minimum 2 years of experience in Gurugram’s real estate sector, preferably in luxury properties.
