Key Responsibilities:

✔ Strategize, execute, and optimize Google Ads and paid campaigns across platforms like Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

✔ Leverage native advertising on platforms such as Taboola and Quora.

✔ Manage large-scale PPC campaigns to drive conversions and maximize ROI.

✔ Craft compelling ad copies and conduct A/B testing to enhance performance.

✔ Analyze campaign data to refine strategies and boost results.

✔ Optimize landing pages to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

✔ Oversee Dynamic Search Ads, Remarketing, and Dynamic Remarketing initiatives.

✔ Enhance audience targeting and keyword selection for better engagement.

✔ Monitor and prevent click fraud to ensure efficient ad spending.

✔ Stay updated on the latest SEM and PPC trends to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Demonstrated experience in PPC campaign management, bid optimization, and performance analysis.

✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Web Trends, and Tableau.

✔ Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.

✔ Strong grasp of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.

✔ Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and other ad platforms.

✔ Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for campaign reporting.

✔ Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

📍 Minimum 2 years of experience in Gurugram’s real estate sector, preferably in luxury properties.
