Key Responsibilities:

✔ Strategize, manage, and optimize Google Ads and paid advertising campaigns across Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

✔ Develop and implement native advertising strategies on platforms like Taboola and Quora.

✔ Oversee large-scale PPC campaigns to drive higher conversion rates and maximize ROI.

✔ Craft compelling ad copies and conduct A/B testing to enhance engagement and performance.

✔ Analyze campaign data to extract insights and fine-tune marketing strategies.

✔ Design and optimize landing pages to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

✔ Manage Dynamic Search Ads, Remarketing, and Dynamic Remarketing campaigns.

✔ Optimize audience targeting and keyword strategies to improve reach and conversions.

✔ Identify and mitigate click fraud to ensure cost-efficient ad spending.

✔ Stay ahead of industry trends in SEM and PPC to maintain a competitive edge.

Who We're Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in PPC campaign management, bid optimization, and performance tracking.

✔ Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.

✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Web Trends, and Tableau.

✔ Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.

✔ Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and other digital advertising tools.

✔ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for campaign reporting.

✔ Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

📍 Minimum 2 years of experience in Gurugram’s real estate sector, preferably in luxury properties
