White Collar Realty is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to drive performance-based advertising campaigns. If you specialize in PPC, SEM, and data-driven marketing, this is your opportunity to be part of a growing team in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and advertising campaigns across Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Execute native advertising strategies on platforms like Taboola and Quora.
• Handle large-scale PPC campaigns on enterprise-level platforms.
• Develop engaging ad copies and refine them through A/B testing.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to extract insights and improve campaign performance.
• Design and optimize landing pages and develop high-quality content.
• Implement and oversee Dynamic Search Ads, Remarketing, and Dynamic Remarketing.
• Strategize audience targeting and keyword selection for better reach and conversion.
• Prevent click fraud and optimize ad spending.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SEM and PPC.

Key Skills:

PPC Analyst, PPC Executive, PPC Expert, Google Ads, Paid Advertising, Pay Per Click, PPC Specialist, Google AdWords.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in PPC management, bid optimization, and performance analysis.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Web Trends, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and other online marketing platforms.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for campaign reporting and analysis.
• Excellent content writing and creation skills.

Qualifications:

• A graduate degree in any discipline.
