Job Overview

We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Support for Non-Voice and Technical Support. The job involves working in a night shift with 5 working days followed by 2 days of rotational off. For freshers, the in-hand salary ranges from 19,000 to 21,000 INR, while experienced candidates can expect a salary ranging from 30,000 to 36,000 INR, based on experience. The work locations are ITPL and Marathahalli.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum educational requirement: PUC
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work night shifts efficiently


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide non-voice customer and technical support
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful resolution of customer requests
