🎓 Education: Degree in Fine Arts/Design School/College

Responsibilities :

• Assist in creating engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and advertisements.
• Support senior designers in executing branding and logo design projects, packaging, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the content and social media teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas and concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency by following style guides and specifications provided for each project.
• Edit, revise, and refine existing designs based on client and team feedback.
• Stay updated with design trends, digital marketing trends, and software tools.
• Prepare final files for print and digital distribution, ensuring high-quality output and resolution.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (internships and freelance work will be considered).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign). Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take creative direction.
• Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• A creative portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print sample.
