Responsibilities:
Must have experience in business development from a service-based software development company in outsourcing business
Experience with interacting with clients in the US, Canada, Australia, UK countries, and major Countries.
The candidate must have an IT background and should be familiar with technologies.
Having experience with bidding portals is ok not a compulsion we focus on direct agency clients oppose to micro projects from bidding platforms
Experience with Linked in Marketing is a must to connect with decision makers and start a conversation
Generating business through Cold Calling, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc.
Identify trends and client's needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare a detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales, and handing over the client to the delivery team. ➫Follow up with clients if the proposal gets accepted convert the lead into a successful project.
Skills Required:
➫Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation skills. Neutral Accent is a must.
➫Multitasking abilities. Good coordination skills. Should be outspoken
