Job Summary

• You lead the design and implementation of Anaplan models for Sales Compensation at HP Inc. Build a connected planning solution across use cases provided by Sales Compensation Business Partners. Data from Anaplan is used to generate Sales Letter contracts for 9,000 Sales Reps worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements as user stories.

•   Partner with business owners to design Anaplan pages and models.

•   Create model schema diagrams.

•   Lead a team following Planual guidelines to implement efficient models.

•   Demonstrate your models to business users.

•   Coordinate user acceptance testing.

•   Deliver model updates to production as scheduled.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Total of 15+ years
• At least 3 years as a solution architect
• At least 4 years of Anaplan model building experience.
