This role is for Weekday's client.


What you will do: 

❖ Preliminary product research, keyword research and implementing them organically and inorganically 

❖ Analysing revenue, campaign performance, ACoS, daily ad spends, etc. 

❖ Plan, create and manage Facebook and Google sponsored ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Stores, Video ads etc) 

❖ Campaigns on Facebook and Google Seller Central by formulating strategies and road map for successful delivery of PPC campaigns. 

❖ Provide strategic insights on the campaign performance. Staying on top of current search trends, competition and pay-per-click best practices. 

❖ Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights into further sales and marketing opportunities. 

❖ Oversee all aspects of performance marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and advertising on platforms like Google and Facebook. 

❖ Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy for the marketplace, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. 

❖ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior leadership on marketing performance, insights, and proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on e-commerce or online marketplaces. 

❖ Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging to ensure alignment with overall business goals. 

❖ Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.

❖ Leverage data analytics and market insights to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. 


Qualification: 

● Strong background in performance marketing, including experience running ads on various marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and other such related platforms.

● Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms).
