Responsibilities

  1. Understand Clients’ Objectives: Gain deep insights into clients’ business goals, challenges, and needs to provide strategic solutions.
  2. Build Long-Term Relationships:Develop and sustain trusted, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure mutual success.
  3. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to deliver seamless solutions tailored to clients’ requirements.
  4. Drive Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within existing accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  5. Track and Analyze Metrics: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators such as sales growth and client satisfaction to ensure ongoing success.
  6. Report to Senior Management: Provide detailed updates, insights, and performance reports to senior leadership on account activities and growth strategies.
  7. Enhance Client Offerings: Collaborate with customer service and product teams to customize offerings that align with the unique needs of each client.


Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  2. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Strong analytical abilities to interpret client data and track performance metrics.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
