Position Summary:

As an Experience Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for executing multiple aspects of store operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Location : Bangalore 

Timings : Morning or Afternoon Shift - 9 hours

Working days - 6 Days a week. (Week off on any of the week days). 

Responsibilities : 

1. Assist customers in selecting the appropriate materials for their projects, considering their needs, preferences, and budget.
2. Provide accurate and detailed information about different products, including features, benefits, alternative options and potential applications.
3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of interior design and architecture products to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions.
4. Build and maintain rapport with customers, establishing long-term relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues and provide solutions.
6. Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent education.
2. Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail environment.
3. Strong knowledge of interior design and architecture products, including different materials, finishes, and applications.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
5. Experience in retail sales or customer service roles is an advantage.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
7. Good knowledge of inventory stocking and merchandising.
