Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Director to lead our creative vision across all digital platforms and marketing campaigns. This role involves managing social media, ad campaigns, site shoots, client shoots, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, and design creatives, while leading and inspiring a high-performing design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Strategy & Branding: Define and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms.

- Social Media & Content Marketing: Oversee Instagram, Pinterest, and other social media platforms, ensuring engaging, high-quality content.

- Brand & Product Launches: Own the process of Branding and create compelling ad campaigns that drive engagement and sales.

- Site & Client Shoots: Plan and execute product and client shoots, ensuring high visual quality.

- Product Shoots: Lead the creative direction of product shoots, finalizing the camera angles, video presentation etc.

- Reel & Video Content: Develop and oversee the creation of Instagram Reels, ensuring virality and audience engagement.

- Design & Visuals: Guide the design team to produce visually stunning creatives for all marketing needs.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers and content creators, fostering innovation and excellence.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in creative direction, branding, or digital marketing

- Proven track record in social media management and ad campaigns

- Expertise in visual storytelling, design, and video content creation

- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools

- Experience in the interior design, architecture, or home decor industry is a plus

- Ability to think strategically and execute creatively
