About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Associate Product Manager with expertise in Payments and Credit Cards to join our team in Bengaluru. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance our financial products, driving innovation and delivering seamless payment experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end product lifecycle for payments and credit card solutions, from ideation to execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and optimize payment-related features.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and roadmap prioritization.
• Collaborate with banks, payment processors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and seamless integrations.
• Analyze key product metrics and customer feedback to drive data-driven decisions.
• Support go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new payment features and services.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Payments or Credit Card domain.
• Strong understanding of payment networks, card transactions, and digital payment ecosystems.
• Experience working with APIs, payment gateways, and fintech platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
