•             Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in International sales and 2 years experience on International BPO

•             Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.

Job Description:

•             Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.

•             Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries effectively.

•             Maintain and update customer databases.

•             Strong verbal communication skills.

•             Good listening skills and attention to detail.

•             Ability to work night shifts.
