This includes all Legacy AWD configuration, such as: Knowledge Enabler Scripting, CSD Creation, Custom Lookups, Security Groups, Roles, Data Dictionary, Worktype / Status table updates, etc. For Chorus, this would include updates and new configuration for: Process Flows, Presentation Flows, Automation Services, Sampling Services, Forms and web service integrations.11)&nbsp;Provides post implementation and production support as a level 3 escalation, coordinates and assist in troubleshooting with the help desk and business contacts as needed for Incident ticket resolution.12)&nbsp;Monitors and supports AWD Custom Email, NSImport / NetServer, custom code, EnCorr, AWD IND Support Email box and other peripheral AWD Applications on a daily basis.13)&nbsp;Provides oversight and fulfills audit control steps for TCS AWD Admins implementing TCS projects.
