To support our expansion, we seek a Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects, ensure seamless communication, and drive successful project execution.

Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee IT and mobile app development projects, ensuring timely delivery, smooth client interactions, and effective team coordination. This role requires strong project management skills, technical understanding, and proactive problem-solving to keep projects aligned with scope and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

• Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure projects meet scope, deadlines, and quality standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting.
• Convert client needs into clear, actionable tasks for developers.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Coordinate with developers, designers, and testers to maintain workflow.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between on-site and remote teams.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and maintain accountability.

Technical Understanding & Process Optimization

• Possess a technical grasp of React.js, Node.js, React Native, Generative AI, Blockchain, Shopify, and WordPress.
• Identify technical challenges and work with developers to find solutions.
• Implement Agile and Scrum best practices to optimize project workflows.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Required:

✔ 2-3 years of project coordination/management experience in IT/software development.

✔ Strong understanding of React.js, Node.js, React Native, Generative AI, Blockchain, Shopify, WordPress, and mobile app development.

✔ Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Basecamp etc.).

✔ Solid grasp of project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

➤ PMP or CAPM Certification is a plus.

➤ Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

➤ Prior experience leading development teams.
