Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in Next.js, Node.js, software

architecture, and project management. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background,

hands-on experience in full-stack development, and the ability to lead projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Architecture & Design: Develop and implement scalable, high-performance software

architectures.

• Development & Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Next.js, Node.js, and

related technologies.

• Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring deadlines

and quality standards are met.

• Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative

development environment.

• Problem-Solving: Identify technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to optimize

performance and scalability.

• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business

requirements into technical solutions.

• Security & Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are secure, high-performing, and

optimized for scalability.

• Code Review & Best Practices: Establish and enforce best coding practices, documentation

standards, and agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Next.js & Node.js (2+ years of hands-on experience).

• Experience with TypeScript, React, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.

• Proficiency in Software Architecture & Design Patterns.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum project management.

• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL – PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a

plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Microservices Architecture.

• Knowledge of Headless CMS, Serverless Frameworks, and API Gateways.

• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for frontend and backend.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Next.js and Node.js.
