Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
