Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at WeblogySphere. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development and a strong understanding of the IT industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as necessary


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and continuously seeking cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services and addressing their needs
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide insights and recommendations to clients
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to expand professional network and generate leads
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
