Key Skills & Responsibilities:
● Fluent English is a must (Ability to speak, write, listen & read English).
● Experience in Hiring at all level of experiences like Manager, senior level and Junior level
positions
● Must have experience on the end to end Recruitment process.
● Excellent knowledge of recruiting Digital Marketers and Web Developers.
● Screening Candidates from different Job portals (i.e. Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin, social
networking etc)
● Must have the ability to understand job requirements and build strategies for best results.
● Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates Relevant to the requirement.
● Must have strong follow up skills and Database/ pool creation for all ongoing and
upcoming job requirements.
● Maintaining reports and database of candidates.
● Must be flexible enough to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
● Organise and attend job fairs, Campus recruitment drives and recruitment events,
whenever required.
