About the Role

We are looking for a talented Unity Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing and developing interactive 3D applications and games. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in 3D modeling, graphics optimization, shaders, and visual effects, along with hands-on Unity development expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement 3D applications, simulations, and interactive experiences using Unity.
• Work on 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation integration within Unity.
• Create and optimize shaders, particle systems, and visual effects for realistic environments.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to deliver high-quality visuals and smooth user experiences.
• Ensure performance optimization for mobile, desktop, and VR/AR platforms.
• Implement UI/UX elements, animations, and interactive controls inside Unity.
• Debug and resolve technical issues related to graphics, rendering, and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay updated with the latest Unity features, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Unity 3D development.
• Strong expertise in 3D modeling tools such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Experience with textures, UV mapping, lighting, rigging, and animations.
• Proficiency in C# scripting for Unity.
• Strong knowledge of Unity shaders, materials, particle systems, and post-processing effects.
• Good understanding of game physics, rendering pipelines, and optimization techniques.
• Experience in mobile game development (iOS/Android) and/or VR/AR applications is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator for 2D graphics.
• Familiarity with Visual Effects Graph / Shader Graph.
• Experience with multiplayer networking in Unity.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Animation, or a related field.
