Job description : 

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Project Manager to join our software company. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of software development projects, ensuring that all project goals are accomplished within the specified timeframe and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets - ensuring deadlines are met and the project stays within budget constraints.

·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, design, marketing, and customer support teams to drive project success.

·     Communicate project status to key stakeholders and provide regular reporting on progress, as well as any potential risks or obstacles.

·     Manage project resources, including staff allocation, workload balancing and identifying areas where additional resources may be needed.

·     Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations.

·     Develop and execute project management methodologies, tools, and templates to streamline development processes.

·     Work closely with the PMO to ensure project delivery is aligned with long-term goals and objectives.

·     Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.

Qualifications and Skill:

·     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development company, preferably in Agile / Scrum methodology.

·     Experience in managing cross-functional teams.

·     Experience in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

·     Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

·     Analytical and problem-solving skills.

·     Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality results on time.

·     Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·     Experience with software development projects involving cloud-based services, integration, and APIs is a plus.

·     Knowledge in software development methodologies and a background in software engineering is preferred.
