Wea Designs Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a Mid-Level Site Engineer specialized in Interior Design to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing interior design projects to ensure they align with clients' visions and meet quality standards. They will work closely with other designers and engineers to deliver exceptional interiors for both residential and commercial spaces.

• Qualifications and Skills :-
• Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed design development and drawing interpretation.
• Experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to enhance project visualization and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance to maintain safe work environments across all project sites.
• Skilled in the use of surveying equipment for accurate measurement and layout confirmation of interior spaces.
• Competent in Microsoft Project for efficient project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Project Management (Mandatory skill): Ability to manage the planning, execution, and closing of design projects effectively.
• Construction Scheduling (Mandatory skill): Expertise in coordinating and scheduling construction timelines to meet project goals.
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control (Mandatory skill): Ensuring all design and construction elements meet quality standards and specifications.

• Roles and Responsibilities :-
• Oversee interior design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet design specifications and client expectations.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with design plans.
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies, identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles.
• Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review detailed design plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing their concerns and requirements promptly.
