Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects while collaborating with clients, vendors, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions.
• Oversee the selection of furniture, materials, colour palettes, and lighting to achieve desired aesthetics.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality design standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, ensuring professional growth within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee project progress and resolve design challenges.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using design software.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in budget management, cost estimation, and vendor negotiations.
• A strong portfolio showcasing completed projects and design expertise.
