Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Bengaluru on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a robust experience in interior design, demonstrating expertise in both creative and technical aspects. You will collaborate with clients and fellow designers to bring vibrant and functional designs to life that align with our company's standards of excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) to develop and modify design plans accurately and efficiently.
• Extensive knowledge in SketchUp (Mandatory skill) for creating detailed and precise 3D models of interior spaces.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Mandatory skill) to produce compelling visual presentations and design elements.
• Experience with Revit is required for creating precise and reliable architectural designs and documentation.
• Strong ability in 3D Rendering to create realistic representations of interior designs for client presentations and marketing.
• Proficiency in Space Planning for designing ergonomic, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.
• Knowledge of Sustainability Design to incorporate eco-friendly materials and approaches into design projects.
• Effective Project Management skills for leading projects from inception to completion while maintaining client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals for their interior spaces.
• Develop and present design concepts, including mood boards and 3D renderings, to clients for approval.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other design professionals to ensure design implementation aligns with the agreed concept.
• Oversee the selection of materials, furniture, and accessories to create cohesive and personalized interiors.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and innovations to continually improve design processes and outcomes.
• Participate in client meetings and provide expert advice on design strategies and solutions.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth within the company.
