Job Summary

The Interior Quality Controller will oversee and implement quality control measures for all interior projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, material standards, and workmanship requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, an eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to maintain high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections for interior projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Evaluate materials, finishes, and installations to detect defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from approved designs.
• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to verify implementation accuracy.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and contractors to address and resolve quality issues.
• Develop quality reports, inspection checklists, and corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct final walkthroughs before project handover to verify adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior quality control or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and ISO standards.
• Ability to interpret and analyse design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in quality control tools, inspection techniques, and reporting documentation.
