Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Design Manager to lead and oversee design projects, ensuring the highest standards of creativity, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, design expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the interior design team, overseeing projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and implement creative design strategies that align with client objectives and company goals.
• Review and approve design concepts, space planning, materials, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for the design team.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity is maintained.
• Foster strong client relationships and represent the company in design presentations and meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6+ Years of experience in interior design, with a strong background in project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and vendor negotiations.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed design projects.
