Job Overview

Mid-Level Architectural Drafter with 4 to 6 years of experience in Hyderabad. Full-Time employment at W Design Studio Private Limited, a forward-thinking design and build consultancy in India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Understanding of building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with construction materials
• Experience with 3D modeling software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings based on project requirements
• Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes and regulations
• Review and revise drawings to meet client specifications
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the design process

NOTE-Need to prepare GFCs, execution drawings, Internal wall Elevations, and interior detailing by seeing the approved 3d view and Sketch File. 

*and need to do flooring Layouts, Ceiling layouts, wall finishes Layouts, partition layouts, lighting Layouts, furniture layouts, etc. 

*need to details of interior elements like reception table detail. Storage details. Etc.
