ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage outgoing and incoming calls.
· Provide project information to customers.
· Document all call information and update the same in crm.
· Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
· Follow up customer calls where necessary.
· Complete call logs and reports
Desired Candidate Profile:
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Mandatory
Legal and Finance knowledge is a plus.
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Knowledge of customer service.
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
should know how to work on excel.
