Join W3 Designerz as a BPO Non-Voice Executive in a challenging night shift role designed for freshers. This full-time position is based in our Kolkata headquarters and seeks candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in data entry, ensuring accurate input and maintenance of information across various platforms and databases.
- Possess a thorough understanding of MS Excel, capable of managing data sets, performing data analysis, and creating comprehensive reports.
- Familiarity with CRM software, enabling efficient management and tracking of customer relationships and interactions.
- Demonstrated ability in email management, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Strong skills in data analysis, turning raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Effective in customer query resolution, demonstrating patience and professionalism in managing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Experience with quality assurance practices to monitor and enhance service delivery and process improvements.
- Understanding of technical support systems, capable of assisting in troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
